Tracy Ebarb

Tracy’s Ministry experience includes 15 years in full-time Youth Ministry, serving Youth Groups from 20 students to over 150 students, and leading worship at Student Summer Camps and facilitating numerous Youth Mission trips. Tracy’s ministry experience also includes an additional 20+ years serving in bi-vocational pastoral positions in the Central Texas region.  He has served as a Small Group Leader at SYNOD Youth Workshop and Chairman of the Resource Team in Palo Duro Presbytery. Tracy is a Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE), specializing in Church Stewardship.   He has designed and conducted over 75 Church Capital Stewardship Campaigns in 17 states across the USA. He has raised over $100 million, working in many different Denominations, in addition to numerous Annual Pledge Campaigns.  He is an accomplished public speaker and respected ‘thought leader’, past President of the National Organization of Nonprofit Organizations and Executives, and the 2019 recipient of the Robinson Lifetime Achievement Award for service to the Nonprofit industry. Tracy has conducted development work for Missions in Nicaragua, Honduras, and Haiti, as well as the African nations of Malawi and Sierra Leone.  Tracy currently serves the Medical Benevolence Foundation (MBF) as the Director of Partner Engagement for the Central Region of the USA. Tracy’s wife Jacque is a CPA; together Jacque and Tracy have 7 children and 2 grandchildren.  They enjoy boating, camping, and traveling abroad. 



Office Manager
Sherri Godsey

Early in her working career, Sherri worked as a secretary in accounting, insurance, and agricultural businesses. She obtained a B.S. in archaeology, worked on a masters in geology, and took many extra-curricular environment regulatory courses before spending 30 years as an environmental assessor/asbestos inspector. After retiring, she wrote fiction, painted, and walked dogs before coming to work for FPCP.
As office assistant, Sherri handles weekly Bulletins, Announcements, email blasts, the bi-weekly newsletter, the church’s scrolling sign, phone calls, printing, and all items related to running the office. She substitutes running the Sunday live-stream program when our regular person isn’t available. She also uses Movavi to create short videos for the church’s clothing ministries, and her skill as a digital artist helps create graphics for videos and emails.  

Choir Director
Kurt Thomas

Kurt attended Centenary College of Louisiana where he majored in vocal performance. While in college he helped lead the youth choir at his church in Shreveport. He grew up in the Presbyterian Church where he fell in love with singing solos, as well as singing in a choir. Along with being the Church Chancel Choir and Hand Bell Choir Director, Kurt also sings solos regularly during worship.






Organist/Pianist
Marcy Lasseter

Marcy was the recipient of a piano scholarship to Texas Christian University. She studied piano and organ at TCU and North Texas State University where she received a Bachelor of Music degree with a major in organ performance from NTSU. Marcy served 28 years as the organist / pianist at Southminster Presbyterian Church in Garland, TX. Also, Marcy teaches private Piano and Organ lessons. She is a mother of two sons, Chad and Jason.
