Nancy and Ted have been vounteer youth leaders at First Presbyterian Plano since joining the church in 1994.  Their philosophy is that they want to create a safe and nurturing place that the youth can grow in their faith through a balanced program of bible study, mission and service, fun and fellowship as well as providing opportunities where youth can network with other Christian youth.
 
Nancy and Ted met at the University of Tulsa and were married in 1978.  They served as volunteer youth leaders at College Hill Presbyterian, in Tulsa, OK., from 1979 to 1993 before coming to Plano.  They have two children, a son, Neil, who graduated from the the University of Tulsa and a daughter, Leslie, who is attending the University of North Texas.  Nancy is a manager of centralized data integrity at Texas Health Sysytem, Dallas.  Ted is a special education teacher with the Plano Independent School District.
